SPORTSMEN OR WOMEN LOOKING TO BE FITTER, STRONGER, FASTER…

Whether you are training for a triathlon, wanting to improve your speed round the court, looking to hit the ball further or be faster up the hills. By focusing on the muscle groups that are important for your sport, Fast Track EMS can make a huge difference to your results. *

YOU’RE SHORT OF TIME BUT WANT TO KEEP FIT & STRONG

Your busy schedule doesn’t allow you time to keep fit. You may be on the daily commuting run, or a Mum with endless tasks! EMS takes 20 minutes each week and can help you achieve superb results in improved fitness, weight loss, muscle strengthening & general feel good factor *.

GYMS AREN’T YOUR SCENE

Fast Track EMS offer mobile personal training where we come to your house or work, or you can train at any of our studios in Hampshire. Sessions are private and ideal for those who don’t have time to travel to gyms or don’t like the gym environment. EMS personal training is low impact and puts minimal strain on your muscles so is effective for all fitness levels – some Fast Track EMS clients are over 80!

YOU HAVE BACK OR PELVIC FLOOR PROBLEMS

EMS has been proven to be particularly effective for helping to prevent and recover from back and pelvic floor issues. EMS targets all the major muscle groups in the back as well as the hard to reach muscles that assist with pelvic control. Improvements can be achieved in as little as 5 weeks. *

YOU ARE RECOVERING FROM INJURY OR BREATHING ISSUES

You want to start strengthening again after an injury, or want to keep fit while you are injured. Or you want to train with asthma or emphysema. EMS is a fantastic option as it is low impact and puts minimal strain on your muscles. This means you can still focus on strengthening injured areas, while the increased blood circulation helps your injury to repair. In addition EMS workouts require only very gentle exercises so you can still work out with an injury or if you suffer from breathing difficulties.
