The fat burning zone is a form of low intensity cardio in which fats in the body are burned to provide fuel. 
Although at a lower intensity you will burn a higher percentage of body fat, this doesn’t mean you will lose more body fat in the process.
Low intensity exercise does in fact have many benefits such as increasing aerobic capacity while causing very little fatigue in the body.

This is a great way to get you your heart rate elevated, blood pumping and muscles warm before you training session.
Mobility is often avoided or forgotten about but a little can go a long way and it can be used as great warm up before exercise. 
A simple 5 minute routine done consistently everyday can really help with flexibility and range of motion.
You will always be thankful when you have done it!
