Anna joined the Fast Track Fitness team in January

Anna joined the Fast Track Fitness team in January, she iis a level 4 personal trainer, group fitness instructor, nutrition advisor and GP exercise referral specialist. Experienced in working with clients with chronic medical conditions as well as working with athletes to optimise levels of functional fitness and strength.
She is a certified instructor in kettlebells, functional movement and purestretch and can bring a variety of training styles to your sessions.

If you haven’t trained with the lovely Rachel you’re definitely missing a trick!
Rachel is a highly experienced and fully qualified EMS trainer and an established part of the FastTrack team.
She is also a STOTT qualified Pilates instructor and Zen.ga trained. She has a particular interest in in injury rehab and working with clients on sports specific training. In her spare time Rachel loves playing competitive and social tennis.
Rachel also manages all of our bookings and is a wiz at juggling days and dates to ensure our clients get the appointment times they want.
