CLIENT APPRECIATION!
Let’s hear it for William who is arguably one of our busiest clients but always finds time to train 🙌
Due to the time efficiency of EMS training William is able to maintain his strength and fitness with 2 twenty minute sessions with us each week.
He says he favours EMS training because combined with the progressive personal programming he receives from our coaches he engages all his major muscles equally, he doesn’t get bored and mentally it focuses him and reduces stress. And perhaps most importantly has addressed long term lower back pain which was impacting on daily quality of life.
William always comes to the studio with a smile on his face and we’re super proud of his increased strength and mobility ⭐️

First stop with @alexlewistrust as he continues to build on his existing strength and endurance for his next challenge (more to follow)
Alex has trained with EMS for some time now and he and our trainers have developed an impressive bank of creative exercise adaptations specific to Alex’s goals.
